Abstract

Dalam era pertumbuhan teknologi digital, Business Process Management (BPM) menjadi krusial untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional perusahaan IT. Paper ini menyajikan tinjauan sistematis terhadap penerapan BPM di perusahaan IT, mengidentifikasi praktik terbaik, dampak integrasi teknologi canggih (AI, Big Data, Cloud Computing), dan mengungkap tantangan operasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BPM menjadi pendekatan strategis untuk menganalisis dan memperbaiki aktivitas bisnis dasar perusahaan IT. Integrasi teknologi canggih memberikan dampak positif, terutama dalam identifikasi kelemahan proses bisnis menggunakan Big Data. Meski demikian, tantangan melibatkan pemilihan alat BPM yang sesuai, resistensi praktisi BPM terhadap teknologi baru, dan integrasi yang kurang optimal dengan persyaratan IoT. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan IT mengelola proses bisnis dengan lebih efektif di tengah tantangan perubahan teknologi yang terus berkembang.
