1. Copyright Ownership

Authors retain copyright in their published works. Upon publication, authors grant SITEKNIK a non-exclusive right of first publication and the non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, preserve, archive, index, and promote the Version of Record in digital and print formats. No transfer of copyright to SITEKNIK or the publisher is required.

All articles published in SITEKNIK are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. 3. Author Rights

4. Third-Party Reuse

5. Attribution Requirements

6. Self-Archiving Rights

Deposited copies should include appropriate citation information and, where available, the article DOI or persistent URL.
7. Third-Party Copyrighted Material
Authors are responsible for obtaining any permissions required to reproduce or adapt third-party copyrighted material. Material that is not covered by the article's CC BY 4.0 license must be clearly identified with its applicable copyright or licensing terms.
8. Corrections, Retractions, and the Scholarly Record
Corrections, expressions of concern, and retraction notices remain openly accessible as part of the scholarly record and are linked to the relevant publication whenever technically possible. Post-publication actions are handled in accordance with SITEKNIK's Publication Ethics policy.

Unless otherwise clearly stated for specific third-party material, articles published by SITEKNIK are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.
