1. Copyright Ownership
Authors retain copyright in their published works. Upon publication, authors grant SITEKNIK a non-exclusive right of first publication and the non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, preserve, archive, index, and promote the Version of Record in digital and print formats. No transfer of copyright to SITEKNIK or the publisher is required.

All articles published in SITEKNIK are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This license permits users to copy, share, redistribute, adapt, transform, and build upon the published material for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, provided that appropriate credit is given, a link to the license is provided, and any changes made are indicated.
3. Author Rights
Authors retain the right to reuse, reproduce, distribute, translate, adapt, present, teach from, archive, and incorporate their published work into future scholarly or professional works, subject to appropriate attribution and the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license.
4. Third-Party Reuse
Third parties may copy, redistribute, adapt, transform, and build upon SITEKNIK articles in accordance with the CC BY 4.0 license. The same reuse rights apply to both commercial and non-commercial purposes, provided that the license conditions are followed.
5. Attribution Requirements
Appropriate attribution should identify the original author(s), article title, journal title, publication details, and DOI or persistent URL where available. A reference or link to the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license should also be provided, and users should indicate whether modifications have been made to the original work.
6. Self-Archiving Rights
Authors may deposit the Preprint, Author Accepted Manuscript (AAM), and published Version of Record (VoR) in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal websites, academic profiles, or other appropriate repositories without embargo. Deposited copies should include appropriate citation information and, where available, the article DOI or persistent URL.
7. Third-Party Copyrighted Material
Authors are responsible for obtaining any permissions required to reproduce or adapt third-party copyrighted material. Material that is not covered by the article's CC BY 4.0 license must be clearly identified with its applicable copyright or licensing terms.
8. Corrections, Retractions, and the Scholarly Record
Corrections, expressions of concern, and retraction notices remain openly accessible as part of the scholarly record and are linked to the relevant publication whenever technically possible. Post-publication actions are handled in accordance with SITEKNIK's Publication Ethics policy.
