1. Policy Statement

SITEKNIK Journal upholds the highest standards of academic integrity and strictly prohibits all forms of plagiarism. All submissions must be original and free from unauthorized reproduction of ideas, data, or text.

Maximum Acceptable Similarity Index: 20%

*Note: Similarity check excludes references, direct quotations (in blocks), and commonly used technical phrases.

Definitions of Plagiarism
• Copying text/figures without attribution.
• Substantial paraphrasing without citation.
Self-plagiarism (reusing own work).
• Fraudulent authorship or ghostwriting.
Editorial Actions
Minor: Request for revision.
Major: Immediate rejection & notification to institution.
Post-Pub: Formal Retraction notice.
Author Responsibilities:
Authors must ensure all sources follow APA 7th edition guidelines and declare that the work is original and not under consideration elsewhere.
