Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran Manajemen Pengetahuan (Knowledge Management/KM) dalam meningkatkan sistem Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di dalam organisasi. Dengan menganalisis komponen utama seperti siklus hidup pengetahuan, faktor-faktor pendukung, dan area penerapan, studi ini menyajikan model konseptual yang mengintegrasikan proses KM dengan teknologi dan metodologi untuk mendukung pelatihan, pengambilan keputusan, dan praktik keselamatan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa perolehan, berbagi, dan pemanfaatan pengetahuan merupakan inti dari sistem pengetahuan K3 yang efektif, serta bahwa elemen pendukung seperti budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, dan ketersediaan sumber daya sangat penting untuk memastikan aliran pengetahuan yang efisien di seluruh organisasi. Selain itu, adopsi alat digital seperti IoT, AI, ontologi, dan grafik pengetahuan secara signifikan meningkatkan pengumpulan data real-time, strukturisasi pengetahuan, dan analisis risiko keselamatan. Model ini menawarkan kerangka kerja holistik dan sistematis untuk menerapkan KM dalam K3 guna mendorong budaya keselamatan yang proaktif, berbasis data, dan berorientasi pembelajaran.
