Author Guidelines
All articles submitted to the journal NJCOM: Community Service Journal, are written in Indonesian or English. The authors are fully responsible for the contents of the manuscripts written and the manuscripts are scientific works that have never been published before. The following are the guidelines for writing articles that apply in NJCOM: Community Service Journal published by RAM Publisher.
Title
The article title is written briefly (maximum 20 words) and informatively using Times New Roman font (body) size 14 pt and bold. If there is a subtitle, the font used is the same as the main title.
The author's name is written in full without academic degrees and affiliations with Calisto font 10 (ten) bold letters.
Abstract
The abstract is written in Indonesian and English with Calisto font, size 12 pt, spacing 1 (single), one column, left and right margins indented 10 mm from the main margin.
The abstract consists of important points containing the background of the research, objectives, methods, and results of the research. The number of words in the abstract is a minimum of 100 words and a maximum of 150 words.
Keywords are written in 3-5 words/phrases which should be a subset of the article title and separated by a semicolon (;) between words/phrases.
Introduction
The presentation of the introduction is done narratively, and there is no need to separate one subsection from another. Separation is done only by changing paragraphs.
The contents of the introduction include background, summary of literature review, and end with the research objectives.
Research Methods
This section explains how the research was conducted. Writing the ranking of section/chapter titles is stated in a different font (all section and subsection titles are printed in bold or bold and italics), and does not use numbers/numbers in the section titles.
The section/content of the research method is generally only 20-30% of the total article.
Results and Discussion
The results and discussion section contains the results of data analysis (not raw data). The presentation of results can be assisted by tables or graphs and must be accompanied by an explanation or giving meaning to the results of the analysis.
This section must also be equipped with a discussion containing a discussion of the research results against previous research, theories, or established knowledge, accompanied by references. Research results can be supported, not supported, or even contradictory.
Conclusions and Suggestions
The conclusion contains a summary of the results of the discussion and generalization of the results of the research conducted. Meanwhile,
Suggestions are recommendations given by the author, either in the form of practical actions, theory development, or further research.
Acknowledgements (if any)
Mention the names of the funders and providers of facilities who helped in the research process
References
Writing citations and references uses the bracketed reference technique (last name, year).
The method of writing references in the bibliography uses the APA 7th style.
The article must contain at least 10 primary and recent references (the last 5 years).
Other Provisions:
The manuscript is written on A4 paper size with a minimum of 8 pages and a maximum of 10 pages including tables, figures, and bibliographies by referring to the writing procedures as in the guidelines above.
Content writing is not the editor's responsibility and the editor has the right to make changes and improve the grammar of each manuscript to be published.
The Editorial Board recommends Authors to use one of the reference management tools on Microsoft Word such as Zotero, Mendeley, etc.
Manuscript submissions are only made through the OJS of the NJCOM journal. And each author is required to download and use the NJCOM template as a reference to the manuscript to be submitted.

The names and email addresses entered in NJCOM: Community Service Journal will be used exclusively for the purpose of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
